Today, the next session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan began in the capital's “Maslahat köşgi” Palace under the chairmanship of the National Leader of the Turkmen People Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The most important issues of state life were brought up for discussion at the national forum, held on the eve of the celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence. These issues are designed to ensure the happiness and well-being of the people, as well as the further successful advancement of the country along the path of progress and prosperity.
2. During a telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Russian leader invited his Turkmen counterpart to take part in the CIS Summit to be held in Russia this October. The conversation began with warm congratulations from Vladimir Putin on the occasion of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's birthday. The Russian leader wished his Turkmen counterpart good health, well-being and further success in his state activities.
3. During the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea Sangwoo Park, the possibilities of cooperation in the field of urban development, seismology, and transport were considered. The parties noted the success of long-term cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, in particular in the motor transport industry.
4. In anticipation of Turkmenistan's Independence Day, the country's State Circus has announced a special performance that will be held on September 28 and 29 at 18:00. Spectators can expect a rich program, including a variety of circus acts, performances by artists and animals. Particular attention will be paid to national color: the program includes performances by the equestrian group “Revival” and the ensemble “Turkmen jigits”.
5. New vehicle inspection and registration points were ceremoniously commissioned in the Balkan velayat. New facilities of the Road Inspection Service were opened in the Magtymguly and Etrek etraps on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

6. The UK is facing an unprecedented decline in butterfly populations, which is causing serious concern among environmentalists and scientists. The charity Butterfly Conservation conducted a large-scale study involving volunteers, the results of which shocked experts. The project participants observed butterflies in gardens, parks and rural areas for three weeks. On average, they recorded only 7 butterflies per 15-minute observation period, which is almost half the figure last year. Moreover, in 9000 cases, observers did not notice a single butterfly - a record figure in the entire history of the program.
7. The Armenian village of Khachik became the center of a culinary record at the eighth gata festival. Local craftswomen created a giant traditional pie with a diameter of 4,4 meters, surpassing previous achievements. To prepare this culinary miracle, 300 eggs, 30 kg of butter, matsun and sour cream, 75 kg of sugar and 150 kg of flour were needed. The festival attracted many guests, offering not only tastings of local cuisine, but also an entertainment program with performances by singers and tightrope walkers. Visitors could also take part in master classes on lavash baking and pottery.

The match ended with a convincing victory for “Kitchee” with a score of 8:0. Mingazov made four assists in one game for the first time in his career. In this match, the midfielder of the Turkmenistan national team came out in the starting lineup and played 63 minutes. 9. In Ankara, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye and the International Organization of Turkic Culture organized a chess tournament in honor of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.
