• 150 g of ginger root
• 200 g of honey
• 2 lemons

This combination is especially effective for strengthening the immune system due to the anti -inflammatory and antioxidant properties of ginger.

Ginger and lemon are crushed in a meat grinder and mixed with honey. You should use the mixture on a teaspoon in the morning and in the evening, drinking water. It can also be added to tea, compote or porridge.
