Many people believe that “thoughts matter”. Indeed, a person’s beliefs, whether conscious or subconscious, play a huge role in life.

What negative, persistent beliefs can become real blockers on the path to our dreams?

Feeling like you don't deserve what you want can be a serious obstacle to your dreams.

The belief that you cannot survive failure. People mistakenly believe that failure is a sure sign that their dream is too ambitious and unattainable. In fact, failure is an integral part of the path to any goal.

Remember that you have faced failures many times in the past. You know how to deal with them, and you have all the necessary resources to survive them and move on.

Don't waste time and energy on negative thoughts and experiences. Instead, focus on learning valuable lessons from your mistakes and moving forward towards your goal.

The belief that you cannot change. If you think that people are a set of unchanging qualities inherent in them from birth. Then you are wrong!

Every day we make choices that determine who we are, what we will do, how we will act in a given situation. It is these decisions - big and small - that create our personality.

If you want to realize your dream, you need to change. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, try new things, make mistakes and learn from your mistakes.

If you rely on the opinions of others, you will constantly doubt yourself and your capabilities.

Any criticism, even unfounded, can be painful. But it is important not to take it as the ultimate truth. Criticism is just another person’s view, and it should not affect your self-esteem and your plans.

Dangerous misconception: “It’s too late”. The opposite of believing in unlimited time is the belief that “it’s too late.” It may seem to you that the ideal time to make your dream come true has already passed: in your youth, your student years, when you were younger and more energetic.

But remember that while a person is alive, there is always a chance to take the first step towards what you want.
