On May 23, the capital of Turkmenistan will host the key Pre-Conference Day ahead of the International Exhibition and Conference “White City Ashgabat”. The event will bring together 550 registered delegates from 30 countries.
The Pre-Conference Day program provides for a comprehensive approach to receiving foreign participants. The morning part will be devoted to the accreditation of delegates at the Olympia Hotel, which will become the central point for the prompt registration of all arriving guests.
After the official procedures are completed, a cultural program is organized for the participants, designed to introduce foreign delegates to the rich heritage and traditions of Turkmenistan. The organizers see this as an opportunity for guests to better understand the context of the upcoming discussions and enrich their experience.
The Pre-Conference Day will end with an evening reception for participants, which will create an informal platform for getting to know each other, exchanging contacts and establishing business connections.
