Data transfer will take only one minute. The modern laboratory is part of Dubai Municipality’s strategic initiative to introduce innovative solutions and improve the work of public services.
The services of the drive-through laboratory can be used by government and semi-government organizations, private companies, specialists in the field of ecology, safety and health, as well as representatives of the aerospace industry.
Special attention was paid to accessibility for the elderly and people with disabilities during the design. The efficient system allows customers to be served in less than a minute, even during peak periods. In addition, the laboratory has a special window for issuing test results.
Customer service is provided in five languages, making the service accessible to Dubai’s multinational population.
