The parties discussed further prospects for cooperation. The document is aimed at consistently strengthening and developing partnership relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
9. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Turkmen leader Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
