On May 9, after inspecting the construction of a number of facilities in Ashgabat, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov went to the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. Today, restoration and repair work continues at an accelerated pace here. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was presented with projects of new buildings with types of benches, lighting elements, as well as an indoor riding arena. As reported, the finishing of the complex, as well as the improvement of the territories adjacent to the facilities, meets modern requirements.
The contractor is the Turkish construction company GAP Inşaat Ýatirim ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. The company's representative Recep Akçı reported on the ongoing work and the implementation of previously given instructions.
The National Leader noted the advisability of covering the racing tracks with sand from those areas of the Karakum Desert that, according to scientific analysis, are suitable for this. It is necessary to approach each process responsibly and scientifically, in particular, to the construction and improvement of the territory around the facilities, the covering of the tracks.
The source notes that today the entire country resembles a large-scale construction site, in particular, the construction of educational, medical institutions, cultural and artistic facilities continues in the capital, that is, a significant part of the new buildings relates to social infrastructure.
