President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree according to which the Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science will be established on the basis of the Scientific and Production Center for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, TDH reports.
The document also prescribes the preparation and approval of the Charter of this Institute in accordance with the established procedure.
The Research institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan is being created in order to develop the country's livestock and poultry industry on a scientific basis, develop innovative technologies for veterinary research, increase the efficiency of research work on the rational use of pastures, and improve production technologies and processing of livestock products.
