The Novgorod Region of the Russian Federation is actively preparing for a business mission to Turkmenistan scheduled for March 16-18, “53 Novosti” reports.
Within the framework of the preparations, entrepreneurs in the region held an online meeting with the Russian Trade Representative in Turkmenistan Andrey Khripunov. The event was organized by the Novgorod Export Support Center to help local companies better understand the specifics of the market and establish business contacts.
As the director of the center Alexey Syrnikov noted, such meetings are an important tool for entering new markets. The Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region Denis Nosachev added that the trade turnover between Turkmenistan and the region is gradually growing, and the upcoming mission will be a step towards strengthening cooperation.
Andrey Khripunov spoke in detail about the key aspects of working with Turkmen partners, including the specifics of state regulation, the structure of trade turnover and logistics issues.
