1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov. During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on the current state and priorities for the further development of bilateral partnership, taking into account the existing mutual interest. The head of state invited Minnikhanov to take part in the International Forum in honor of the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality, which will be held on December 12 in Ashgabat.
2. During his working visit to Ashgabat, the head of Tatarstan also met with the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. During the conversation, it was emphasized that for many centuries the peoples of Turkmenistan and Tatarstan have maintained close and friendly ties, and bilateral Turkmen-Tatar cooperation has been steadily expanding on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and equality.
3. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov awarded Turkmen diplomats for their great achievements in strengthening state independence and neutrality. The "Skilled Diplomat of Turkmenistan" badge of distinction on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan was awarded to the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus Nazarguly Shagulyev, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan Atajan Movlamov and the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Afghan city of Mazar-i-Sharif Bazarbay Kakabaev.
4. Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belgium Sapar Palvanov held a meeting with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euronews Pedro Vargas David. During the conversation, the Turkmen diplomat presented the country's media diplomacy, focusing on Turkmenistan's active participation in the international information space.The Ambassador noted the importance of the upcoming 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality and the International Year of Peace and Trust. He also spoke about the country's contribution to regional stability and the development of relations with the European Union. The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, including the promotion of tourism and cultural exchange, coverage of significant events in Turkmenistan and the possibility of including the country in existing Euronews programs.
5. A scientific conference dedicated to the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat. Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov emphasized in his speech that Turkmen diplomacy cannot be viewed outside the historical context, in isolation from the national mentality, traditions and worldview of the Turkmen people. He noted that Turkmenistan's diplomacy is inextricably linked with its people, and neutrality is the highest manifestation of the historical trajectory of Turkmen statehood as a subject of international relations.

The Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, met with the delegation of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, headed by Mahamane Cissé-Gouron, Head of the Department for Support of the Work of the Human Rights Council and Treaty Bodies. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current cooperation between Turkmenistan and the UN, as well as prospects for its further development. Gulmanova emphasized the importance of working with international organizations, especially with UN structures, to fulfill the country's obligations in the field of human rights and improve national legislation.
