On the occasion of the Day of the Proclamation of the People's Republic of China, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and himself, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang, as well as the friendly people of the country.
