Turkish Airlines' Miles and Smiles loyalty program gives passengers the opportunity to earn miles on their flights and use them to upgrade their service levels and purchase additional services.
Program participants can not only accumulate, but also exchange bonuses. Miles can be converted into status miles, transferred to other club members or used for purchases in the Miles and Smiles shop.
The program has four levels of participation: Classic, Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus. Each level provides participants with additional benefits and opportunities. For example, Elite Plus members are entitled to two free upgrades on Turkish Airlines flights and the ability to gift an Elite card to three other people.
Turkish Airlines also announces the transition to digital cards for program participants. While previously issued plastic cards continue to be valid, new members now only receive digital versions.
To register for the Miles and Smiles program, you must provide personal information including first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, address, email and telephone number.
