Turkmenistan will take part in the 1st International Tourism Exhibition-Fair “Salam Osh – 2024”, which will be held on May 14-15 in the city of Osh, Kyrgyzstan. Representatives of leading Turkmen tourism companies have received an invitation to join this large-scale event, Asmannews news site reports.
The exhibition-fair “Salam Osh – 2024” will become an effective business platform for establishing business contacts, finding partners and promoting the tourism potential of the region. Major tourism industry players, international organizations and foreign guests will participate in it.
Within the framework of the exhibition, a presentation of the tourist route “Travel along the Great Silk Road”, as well as tourist opportunities of the city of Osh and Chui, Talas, Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions is planned. On the field of events, there will be meetings of tour operators in B2B format with the prospect of signing memorandums and contracts on cooperation.
Turkmenistan's participation in this exhibition demonstrates the country's desire to develop the tourism industry and strengthen ties with neighboring states to promote the region as an attractive tourist destination, rich in historical heritage, ethnic diversity and ecological attractions.
