1. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Atahalliyev and velayat hyakims, dedicated to the implementation of the National Rural Program and the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns. As noted, these days, work is underway in the velayats to harvest cotton to the last boll. Along with this, plowing and enrichment of the soil with mineral fertilizers are carried out in the areas that will be sown with cotton next year. At the same time, the fleet of agricultural machinery is being updated and repairs are being made to special equipment and units that will be used in the spring sowing.
2. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov discussed key aspects of the Turkmen-Russian agenda by telephone. During the conversation, the parties considered the prospects for developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest, and also noted the importance of continuing interaction between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and Russia.
3. On Monday, Turkmenistan Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov received copies of the credentials of the new Armenian Ambassador Arsen Avagyan. During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Armenia in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields. An exchange of views took place regarding their further development. In addition, the parties discussed the development of trade and economic ties, and cooperation in the fields of transport and energy was examined in detail.
4. Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the new Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ravshanbek Alimov. During the meeting, the parties noted the similarity of positions on key aspects of the regional and global agenda, as well as the successful development of trade and economic cooperation and humanitarian partnership between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
5. Turkish Trade Minister Omer Bolat will pay an official visit to Turkmenistan. During his visit, the Turkish minister will attend the opening of an exhibition of Turkish companies, which will be held from December 4 to 6 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. In addition, Omer Bolat will meet with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Deputy Prime Minister for Trade Complex Nokerguly Atagulyev.
6. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Stanislav Chepurny as the new ambassador to Turkmenistan. Until now, Stanislav Chepurny served as the head of the international cooperation and trade department of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. He replaced Vyacheslav Beskosty, who headed the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan since 2019.

7. Practical work has begun in Afghanistan to implement the Afghan stage of the TAPI gas pipeline project. Technical equipment required for the project has been delivered to the border area of Afghanistan and Turkmenistan. 8. The NASA space agency reported the approach of two large potentially dangerous asteroids to our planet. These space objects are expected to pass close to the Earth on December 3 and 4. The sizes of the asteroids are 402 and 387 meters, which is comparable to the height of the famous New York skyscraper, the Empire State Building. According to experts' calculations, one of the asteroids will pass at a distance of about two million kilometers from the Earth, and the second - more than five and a half million kilometers.

9. The Turkmenistan men's 3x3 basketball team will take part in the United Continental League Superfinal, which will be held on December 7-8 in Kaluga. The tournament will bring together 12 men's and 8 women's teams from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Serbia, Türkiye and France. Following the draw, the Turkmen basketball players were placed in group “C” along with teams from Kyrgyzstan and the Moscow club “Runa”.
10. “Arkadag” midfielder Shanazar Tirkishov has been named the best player of November in the Turkmenistan Premier League. In November, the 27-year-old scored four goals in three matches.
