A comprehensive maintenance service will be carried out at a urea plant in Turkmenistan with the involvement of foreign partners. The corresponding proposal was approved by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, TDH reports.
The issue of modernization of the chemical industry was discussed at a government meeting on Friday. Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov made a report, stressing the need to ensure the smooth operation of the enterprises of the Turkmenhimiya state concern.
Particular attention was paid to the Garabogazkarbamid plant, for stable operation of which not only a reliable supply of raw materials but also modern maintenance is required. To solve these problems, it is planned to establish direct partnerships with foreign manufacturing companies.
The President of Turkmenistan instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to work out the issue of technical maintenance of the enterprise, emphasizing the importance of fully using the production capacities of the country’s chemical industry.
