On October 4, an educational project using artificial intelligence to improve mathematics education in the country was presented in Ashgabat. The author of the initiative was Selin Atayeva, a talented 12th-grade student at the Swiss School of Dubai, who leads a startup development team as a product manager.
The presented software Is aimed at providing access to personalized mathematics education, with a special focus on students from remote regions and rural areas of Turkmenistan. The project is designed to promote the digitalization of the educational process and improve the quality of mathematics education.
The Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, who was present at the demonstration of the demo version of the software, showed an active interest in the development. Following the presentation, he instructed to study the possibilities of integrating the platform into the national educational program.
The department expressed its readiness to cooperate with the project team to implement the innovative solution in the country’s school system. It is expected that the use of the new platform will not only improve the level of mathematical training of students, but will also become a significant stage in the development of technological education in Turkmenistan.
