1. The development of agriculture in Turkmenistan, the dynamics of seasonal work in the regions and the implementation of the National Rural Program were discussed at a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Atahalliyev and hyakims of the velayats, which was held by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The head of state will keep under strict control the work carried out this year in the velayats to collect the cotton harvest to the last boll, noting the importance of the effective operation of combines and other equipment, raw material collection points and cotton gins.

2. In Ashgabat, at the Mukams Palace, a solemn opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Turkmenistan was held. The speakers noted the achievements in humanitarian cooperation between the two countries and the importance of such cultural events. The celebration continued with a concert of Uzbek artists. Visitors to the celebration could see an exhibition of applied art products, which was displayed in the foyer. Within the framework of the cultural event, a meeting of writers and poets of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan dedicated to the creative heritage of Magtymguly Fragi will be held in the State Library of Turkmenistan.

3. Russia will transfer more than 1000 educational and methodological books to higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan. This was reported by the first secretary of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan Yulia Zaitseva. The Russian side, in agreement with the Turkmen side, transfers scientific and methodological literature to universities, including books on teaching Russian as a foreign language, popular science and fiction, as well as dictionaries of various profiles.

4. In Ashgabat, at the Dante restaurant, a master class from famous Italian chefs was held. The event was held by the Embassy of Italy in Turkmenistan as part of the IX Week of Italian Cuisine. Three famous chefs arrived in Turkmenistan, masters of culinary art from Italy presented to the public a step-by-step process of preparing three sauces, the color of which is identical to the tricolor of the national Italian flag: pesto (green), bechamel (white) and tomato (red).

6. On November 29, the American Center will host an information session dedicated to the TechGirls-2025 program. The program offers high school girls (ages 15-17) the opportunity to participate in a summer exchange in the United States, where they will gain technical skills, leadership qualities, and practical experience through workshops, mentoring, and internships. The application deadline for the program is December 6.

7. Over the 14 years of operation of the China-Central Asia gas pipeline, over 500 billion cubic meters of natural gas have been supplied to China. This volume of energy is equivalent to the use of 666 million tons of coal, which has reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 731 million tons. The gas pipeline, with a length of 1 833 km and a design capacity of 60 billion cubic meters of gas per year, was put into operation in December 2009. The pipeline, being China's first transnational gas pipeline, originates on the border of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, passes through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and connects with China's West-East gas pipeline.

8. “Altyn Asyr” lost to “Merv” in a rescheduled match of the 26th round of the Turkmenistan Football Championship.
